I would bend over backwards, extend due dates, give exceptions and then do it all over again. I knew that if I could get those customers to pay, I would be able to buy more jewelry. I mean, I could see the numbers and I was counting my chickens before they hatched. I will admit, for a while, I really let unpaid invoices bother me.
